IPLA - International Partnership for Expanding Waste Management Services of Local Authorities, attended the 6th International Conference on Solid Waste Management (7th IconSWM 2017) as a supporting organization, co-organized by Jadavpur University, Centre for Quality Management System (CQMS), The Energy & Resources Institute (TERI), New Delhi, Consortium of Researchers on International Collaboration (CRIC), Indian Institute of Science, Centre for Sustainable Technology (CST), Bangalore, National Productivity Council, New Delhi, Korean Society of Waste Management, Republic of Korea and Japan Society of Waste Management and Material Cycle, Japan.

The 7th IconSWM 2017 will deliberate on various issues related to innovation and implementation in sustainable waste management including segregation, collection, transportation, treatment technologies, policies, strategies, energy recovery, life cycle analysis, climate change, circular economy, research and business opportunities.
The 7th IconSWM expects to be attended by more than 500 delegates from nearly 30 countries in Hyderabad, India.
