Disaster Management Planning

IPLA - International Partnership for Expanding Waste Management Services of Local Authorities, attended the 6th International Conference on Solid Waste Management (6th IconSWM 2016) as a supporting organization, organized by Jadavpur University, Centre for Quality Management System (CQMS), The Energy & Resources Institute (TERI), New Delhi, Consortium of Researchers on International Collaboration (CRIC), Indian Institute of Science, Centre for Sustainable Technology (CST), Bangalore, and Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.

There were 557 participants from 27 countries attended the 6th IconSWM 2016. 233 papers were presented in the conference and "6th IconSWM 2016 Excellent Paper Award" was given to 40 authors.
