The International Conference on Sustainable, Resilient Cities and Transport, Aichi 2021 (SRCT 2021) , which is a three-day event that comprises three international meetings, namely, the 3rd ASEAN-Japan Smart Cities Network (ASCN) High Level Meeting, the 14th Regional EST Forum in Asia, and Expert Meeting of the High-level Experts and Leaders Panel on Water and Disaster (HELP), and related technical tours, was held on 18-20 October 2021.

2021年10月18日（月）から20日（水）にかけて、「第３回日ASEANスマートシティ・ネットワーク（ASCN）ハイレベル会合（主催：国土交通省）」、「第14回アジアEST地域フォーラム（主催：環境省・UNCRD）」、「水と災害に関するハイレベルパネル（HELP）専門家会合（主催：国土交通省等）」の3つの会議とテクニカルツーを「持続可能で強靭な都市・交通に関する国際会議 Aichi 2021」として一体的に開催（対面・オンライン）し、48の国と地域から約1100名の方々にご参加いただきました。
